Government of Karnataka is giving impetus to develop high quality skilled force relevant to the current emerging market demand needs. In this regard Government in co-ordination with Department of Employment and Training and Karnataka Vocational Training & Skill Development Corporation has already organized successful Job Fairs at various places. It is encouraging to note that we had a huge response from these Job Fairs.
Now, the “Mega Job Fair” is being organized by District Administration, Dharwad in co-oridnation with Zilla Panchayat, Department of Employment & Training, Karnataka Vocational Training & Skill Development Corporation, Department of Industries & Commerce, on 17th & 18th of November (Saturday & Sunday) 2018 at (Not yet Confirm) Campus, Dharwad City, Dharwad Taluk, Dharwad District.
Main aim of organizing job fair is to help job aspirants of the Dharwad District and surrounding districts to get suitable job in private sector. A platform is created wherein employers could choose suitable youth for their company as potential employees. Therefore, the district administration is intending to organize “Dharwad Udyoga Mela -2018”. The main mission of Udyoga Mela is to create a common platform for employment opportunity to the job aspirants of the District, wherein various major private companies would participate.
The ‘Dharwad Udyoga Mela’ is open to job aspirants of all qualifications across all vocational streams as well as regular educational disciplines such as Engineering, Medical, Para Medical, Diploma, ITI, Under Graduates and Post Graduates, SSLC, PUC, other courses and even un-educated youth.
